Lesson Policies & Expectations

Booking & Payment A $25 non-refundable booking fee is required to reserve your lesson. The remaining lesson balance is due upon arrival before the lesson begins. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations made 48 hours or more before your scheduled lesson may transfer the $25 booking fee to a future lesson. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the lesson and no-shows will forfeit the booking fee. Lessons may be rescheduled by the instructor due to severe weather or unsafe riding conditions. Arrival Please arrive 15–20 minutes before your scheduled lesson to complete any necessary paperwork, gear fitting, and the rider safety briefing. Late arrivals may result in a shortened lesson. Safety Safety is the top priority. All riders are expected to follow instructor directions at all times. The instructor reserves the right to end a lesson without a refund if a rider behaves in a reckless or unsafe manner or refuses to follow safety instructions. Rental Motorcycles & Equipment If using a rental motorcycle or equipment, riders are expected to treat it with reasonable care and operate it responsibly. Minor tip-overs and normal beginner wear are expected as part of the learning process. However, riders may be held financially responsible for damage resulting from reckless operation, intentional misuse, or failure to follow instructor directions. Waiver All riders must complete the required RAM Off-Road Park Waiver before participating in any lesson. By booking a lesson, you acknowledge that dirt bike riding is an inherently risky activity and agree to participate at your own risk. Weather Lessons are held in most weather conditions. If weather or track conditions are determined to be unsafe, lessons may be rescheduled at no additional charge. Small-Group Lessons Lessons may be conducted individually or in small groups. Group sizes are intentionally kept small to ensure each rider receives personalized instruction and individual coaching. Thank you for choosing RAM Off-Road Park! The goal is to provide a safe, encouraging environment where riders can build confidence, develop solid fundamentals, and enjoy the sport one step at a time.
