Choose your Distance: 5k course includes a family friendly half way cut off (about a mile and half in)…just as much fun…not as much run!  If you’re loving it do another 5k lap or two at no extra charge! Choose your wave time, and invite your friends and family to join you! Create a team or run solo. Get ready for a one memorable muddy good time!
